Our family has been going here a few years now. We have always been treated promptly, well & with a smile. We have had no problems with insurance payments, etc. We have young children who have had no problem with their visits. I use nitrous for any procedures requiring a shot. I DO need to notify when I make the appointment to be sure to be scheduled in a room equipped for this. Would definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone. They keep great hours to suit anyone's schedule.

I went in and was very impressed by the initial exam. Very high-tech. Then I came back for THREE fillings a couple weeks later...The dentist drilled so far down on one that it hit the nerve...Excruciating pain. Told me to see if it "dies down" in TWO WEEKS...So I go the two weeks and it still hurts. I come back in JUST for them to do a bite adjustment. Filling continues to hurt, and they tell me to hold off 2 MORE days...And after that, if it didn't feel better...THEN go to the endodontist. The endodontist told me that the root canal was needed 4 weeks ago...THE DAY I HAD THE FILLING DONE THE DENTIST SHOULD HAVE KNOWN.

Oh, and EVERY time I went in...I waited, and waited...AND WAITED. And then when I tried to give them less acceptable notice to change my appointment...$100 charge!!!
