Staff is friendly, helpful and will do their best to schedule appt around your needs. Dr. Van Wormer has been very good to take the necessary time to explain treatment and options available. His work has always been the best, crowns amazingly natural look!

Dr. Van Wormer talks too fast and it's hard to understand him. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Bernice the assistant, must have husband problems. Thats all I could here her talk about. The receptionist British lady was rude. She was up front texting and didn't even say hello. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions at the front desk. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.

Absolutely not. I even asked for an explanation and was ignored

It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. One thing that's been so annoying about Van Wormer David DDS PC, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. Not only did I not receive any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home, they rushed me out the door. It seemed like they couldn't wait for me to leave. The Receptionist at the front desk is the most unfriendly person I have ever met. She comes from "across the pond" those people are not very friendly!
