It has been a few years since I've seen Dr. Norris due to his moving. I am so happy for the people of Northeast LA to have him back in the area. He has operated on both of my daughters and myself. He is a fantastic surgeon. I took my youngest daughter to him when no other doctor could help us and I can say that with God's help-he saved her life.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise
