My 20 year old daughter was due to have a endodontic treatment (root canal) at Dr. Markarian's upon arriving to the office with a very nervous daughter due to her first surgery. We are immediately verbally accosted by the lady at the front desk. No "how are you", she immediately went into a rant about not being able to reach us by phone. She was pointing and smacking her two index fingers together and insisting that they "don't double book". At that point NO ONE had even said anything about them double booking or complaining about anything? I ask her nicely to settle down, because my daughter was already scared of having her first surgery and she continued to rant about not having the correct number to call us and how many times she tried. The appointment was made for us by our local doctor and they seemed to have NO problem reaching us via the number we provided. I am shocked that someone of that aggressive nature could be working "greeting" people to a doctors office. I can say nothing about Dr. Markarian as we chose to leave and have found a different doctor with a SUPER pleasant staff! BEWARE OF THE OFFICE STAFF!
