They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature.

Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

To be honest the the doctor is very good very helpful and very caring. His staff however is very rude. The first time for a visit will be done in two sessions as they have to send out to have their x-rays developed which is rather inconvenient. Secondly the second visit they will charge you a special consulting fee to explain the care needed for your teeth which is more like a sales pitch for the stuff you should have done. This will be a $55 dollar charge that no insurance company will ever cover. I probably wouldn't be so upset about it if they just told me about the extra fee in the first place instead of a month after the treatment was performed.
