My daughter has braces. She's been going to the office for the last 3 years. They are extremely informative. They even helped us map out a payment plan. Dr. Konishi talks to the patients in terms they understand. (my daughter was about 10 at the time) The office staff is very friendly and accomodating.

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

Not that I could see

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

No. I wasn't listened to at all!
