After Dr. Barnes completed his work, approximately $1500, I left his office in pain. I was told that it would probably go away in a few days, it never did. The pain continued, when it was time for my next check up, I canceled. I lost all confidence in Dr. Barnes. I went to another dentist, the teeth with fillings that had a potential to leak, supposedly repaired had large cavities in them. They were unsalvageable, I had to 2 teeth extracted. I was very sick, I went to my doctor who did X rays, and a Cat Scan, referred me to a specialist. I had a severe sinus infection which they believed resulted from a bad tooth, the 1st tooth that Dr. Barnes repaired. I was asked when was I going to get my teeth fixed. I had bone erosion around my eye socket from the sinus infection. To make a long story short, $30,000 + of sinus surgery and removal of the bad tooth. I am okay today, minus 3 teeth. I lost about 1 year of my life with the pain and suffering. I would never refer this dentist to anyone.

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

My original problem, the one that I made the appointment for was never resolved. It was not a tooth problem it was a sore on my gum. I was told that my fillings were leaking and needed to be replaced. I don't believe that now. I never had any pain or sensitivity. Since Dr. Barnes work I am in constant pain, my teeth hurt and are sensitive all the time. It hurts to chew food, it hurts to bite. My teeth hurt in the mornings, my teeth hurt all through the day, my teeth hurt in bed at night. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. I can not undo what Dr. Barnes did. I wish that I could. I am sure that it will cost me a small fortune to try and repair the damage that Dr. Barnes did to my teeth. Dr. Barnes made money. I guess that is what is important.
