I'm thoroughly disgusted with the level of service, and the dental work I received. I went here once, and I will never go back. I had problems with the billing, to the point where they sent me to collections for work I never authorized, but still billed me for. It took countless phone calls, and aggravation to finally get them to reverse the charges. Moreover, I'm now convinced that I had shoddy work done on my teeth. I haven't had a cavity in thirty years. But oddly enough, I had two when I visited this dentist. I thought maybe. Although, my regular brushing and flossing had not changed. I had the dentist fill the cavities. Now six months later I have pain in the same two teeth he fixed. I took a dental mirror to see what was going on. I was sickened to see the poor job he'd done. In one tooth, I have a big gouge in the side of it, and I can see black underneath the filling. Don't think that should be the case, no wonder it hurts!!! I'm going to a reputable dentist have the work fixed. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL PRACTICE, you've been warned.

My husband and I went to Dental Works in Sears, Golf Mill many years ago. After a couple of years on a dental HMO plan which excluded this office, we decided to opt for the, more expensive, PPO plan ONLY because we could then come back to Dental Works. To our absolute delight, our old dentists were still there and even remembered us!! Being totally afraid and resistant to dental work, I find this the ONE place that I am not horrified to visit. The receptionists are warm and friendly, treating you like a special guest. The assistants are easy going, compassionate and understanding and the dentists (at least mine, Dr. Jigna) are almost painless and more than willing to use extra novacain should something begin to cause pain.

I cannot really say enough great things about this dentist!

Very bad experience! hadn't had dental work in 10 yrs. Had to have an old filling replaced on a molar which was giving me problems (I really needed a root canal) Dr P gave me a new filling and sent me home without doing a bite register. Had no idea this was need as I wasn't well versed on dental work at time, however, Dr's assistant seemed to know as he questioned the Dr on whether I was done or not and seemed confused when the Dr let me go without checking my mouth. A few hrs after the Novocain wore off I was in excruciating pain and called to make an emergency apt on Sat after hrs.. The quickest they could see me was Tuesday. I consulted the dental library online and they advised that a dentist always does a bite register and suggested I go elsewhere to take of the problem so I ended up going to a reputable LVI dentist who told me I had a “blob” in my mouth (unfiled filling) and an abscess.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They made up charges and bills to their benefit, thought one still can see the lies as it was reflected on their statements vs. billing. And I have a very good insurance, metlife high. They said that i made an appointment and they said it was an emergency cleaning, they got paid for it from the insurance, but then they bill me for not showing up, when i had the cleaning, i couldn't show up twice on the same day! besides one of the dentists is not a good dentist at all, i'm sorry, i spent my time, money and my insurance money.
