When a patient is obviously sick, I think doctors should follow up. This doctor does not follow up or even have a staff member that follows up. I didn't feel like they cared about me.

When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They answered all of my questions but didn't go into detail or put it into layman's terms. The doctor just rambled off what he thought was wrong. I was sort of still confused about everything.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
