Dr. Dean is never straight forward with me, and her staff are rude and act as if I am bothering them when I ask a question or even just try to make chit-chat before the doctor comes in.

They are not that helpful in answering questions. They always seem to not know what to do when you ask a question and want to refer you somewhere else. Very disappointed!!!!

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
