The Worse ! My first visit was an 11:30 a.m. appointment and I arrived at 11:00 a.m. . I filled out all the paper work and finish that task by 11:20 .I was given the X-ray , and the dentist consultation consist of what I already knew ,and not one explanation about the x-ray . He than said that a $289.00 C.T. scan would be needed in order to go any further . His next remark was I have been here since 7:00 a.m. and I am hungry I am going to lunch . The so called hygienist was putting out the garbage , smoking a cigarette outside when we arrived . Long story short ,my teeth were not clean and I have a $49.00 bill coming .I would let my teeth fall out before I would step foot in that office . P.S. I could say a lot more but it is not the first time I have been (blank) (blank)disappointed . So much for the $109.00 Special as advertised !

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
