Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
