All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. I couldn't believe how cold it was in their office. I was honestly starting to get numb from the cold. It felt just like I was outside in the snow. I absolutely hated the horrific chairs in the waiting room. I can't believe they expect patients to sit in those uncomfortable things. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return.
