My first visit and I felt like I was just a number. He barely looked at my info. As another reviewer said, he rushes and makes you feel uncomfortable. I've had a stuffed up ear for nearly three weeks, severely compromising my hearing. He found nothing wrong. He said, "Let's get a hearing test and see what's going on." I was administered a hearing test prior to seeing him! It was then that he flipped through my chart and saw the results. I wasn't too crazy about the audiologist either. She wasn't the friendliest. Also, the staff answer the phones while waiting on you. I left feeling very discouraged.

They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Very difficult to speak with on results of testing. Called 10-12 times and had to leave a message via voice mail not able to speak with any staff member. Glad my situation was not more serious!

My daughter had severe ear pain from an advanced infection. I called this office explaining I was going to call every doctor until I found someone who would see her today. They told me to come in immediately . When we met the doctor , he was wonderful! He took time to explain what had happened, what we must do . He was very sympathetic.. Never felt rushed. I've never felt like any doctor cared as much as Dr. Chemiel. I'm not doing this review justice. He is a gem.

Sort of, I felt kind of pressured

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

No. I wasn't listened to at all!

Not really, it could be better

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
