Called for an appointment. Had the staff repeat the time twice.

I get there and am told my appointment wasn't for the time that they said it was.

Not coming back to people who can't tell you the right time for an appointment.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

The Professional Center of Dental care has been a mainstay in Bolingbrook since I was a child. The dentists, the dental assistants, as well the administrative staff are always polite and very helpful and I've come to know some of them like family. Given the great treatment I've received for so many years, I know that I'm under the care of experts. They've stayed open past their closing times when I've needed help and have never turned me away when emergencies have arisen.

The professionals at the center have never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, are always ready to answer any questions I may have, and overall, always have my best interest in mind. I've been a patient of this office for about 30 years and because of my loyalty to this practice, I feel no need to change even though my travel time to the office is approximately an hour commute.
