Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
