Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

Not at all, they were ridiculous!

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.
