The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

However, when it came time to renew my prescriptions, I found his office non-responsive.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.
