Dr. Barnes spent all of her time talking about her recent bankruptcy. I had to hear how she and her son ate hotdogs to save money. I don't know why she needed bankruptcy because everytime I saw her she needed labs, she is the most unorganized doctor I have ever seen. She needs to retire

RUDE PERSON, SHE HAS VERY HIGH EGO OF HERSELF AND IF I HEARD SHE IS A LICENSED MEDICAL DOCTOR ONE MORE TIME, I THOUGHT I WOULD REALLY GET SICK. SHE NEEDS A PSYCHIATRIST PERSONALLY SPEAKING.

In October 2014 I had scheduled a 1pm appointment with Dr. Barnes. When I arrived there was a couple in the waiting room waiting for their appointment. While I was waiting for the couple who was in the waiting room to finish with their appointment another person arrived for their appointment. I finally go back to see the doctor right at 2pm. Within about 10 minutes of being with the doctor another patient came in for their appointment. I realized at that point she was already two hours behind. I told the doctor that I could just reschedule with her so she can get caught up.

My rescheduled appointment on November 17 12:30 pm was cancelled by her due to her not being able to drive with the 2 inches of snow that fell. She was a bit evasive as to why she was calling at first. I was taking my son to school and then I was going to log in a drive for my job. I asked her if she wanted to reschedule because she might be stranded and that that would be fine with me. She stated that the whole city was stranded. I am dealing with the morning rush hour as she is saying this. But I just let it go and have her check her dates. She said she could get me in after the first of the year. I asked her if she was serious and she asked me if I had ever heard of Thanksgiving and Christmas. Which was almost comical since I host the whole family every year. She then asked me if I was American. That was the last straw. I told her to take me off any list that I would not allow her to talk to me that way.
The lady is a bit nutty and she obviously has no concern for her patients. It is an hour still until my appointment and the roads are melted and just about dried up at this point. I am shocked this person has a business. I can see why she has no receptionist and trouble with her assistants showing up when they are supposed to; which is what happened on my first appointment. Beware of this one!

Dr Barnes is by far the worst doctor I have ever visited. The office was outdated and somewhat unkempt. The fish tank alone was disgusting. The tools/and equipment were dirty and dusty. I had to specifically asked for packaged tools because I didn't not trust the ones in her drawer. Later Dr Barnes repeatedly called my emergency contact instead of me and was very rude with them When I finally spoke with her, she continuously mispronounced my name, even after correcting her. She is extremely unprofessional. It's no wonder he business is declining. I WOULD NOT recommend her to my worst enemy. Then again, maybe I would.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
