My experience at European Denture Center has been one of the best experiences of my adult life. Having had bad teeth for such a long time I knew that I needed dentures. From my first experience with extractions by Dr. Hemeyer to my first consultation with Henry Babichenko, I knew everything was going to be ok. The staff is amazing and always try to accommodate your schedule. John did an amazing job helping make sure I got the best fit possible. A couple of times I dropped my teeth and had a small crack or break and they stood behind the warranty without question and fixed things very quickly. I cannot tell you how much I love my teeth. From being a person hiding my smile to someone who now smiles all the time, I owe a great sense of gratitude to European Denture Center. They have boosted my self esteem and made me feel so good about myself. I am blessed beyond belief a to have found them and so appreciate how much they changed my life. I highly recommend European Denture !!

I had a denture made 5 years ago and I had to finally take it in for a minor crack. These people treated me with the utmost respect and was very courteous and had my denture repaired the same day that I left it off with them and it was no charge to me I would highly recommend this service to anyone wanting to get a high quality denture they have been very good to me and I would go back to them in a minute.

This disappointing experience started about 8 months ago when I was referred to European denture, as always the initial consultation, I was promised that the previous prosthesis had been improperly made and that European denture could redesign my upper plate so that it would fit properly, I wouldn't need any adhesive, and would be comfortable....Right! From day one this new plate made by European denture, has without fail, has become disengaged between 60 and 80 times a day. They have been apprised of this problem, and it has fallen on deaf ears. Two months ago they (European) was told that this prosthesis was loose and falling away from the hard palate and two months later I have heard nothing from this company in an attempt to correct the problem and why should I, they have my money, so why should they care, At one time in the last 8 months there was a balance due and I was threatened with the repossession of what is now my personal property, and I may add at this point that the incremental payment plan was sanctioned by the owner of European Denture and still the threat was frivolously extended. The company has had numerous complaint about the treatment that the clientele have experienced from the staff, and if you are given an appointment time typically you will be still sitting in the waiting room on an average of 45 minutes later, the reception staff are rude, arrogant, and condescending, the owner of the company is combative and has no desire to listen to the patients concerns, and again, why should he, he already has your money! Recently, I had a procedure done 2 months ago to tighten up the plate and before I had gotten half way through the waiting room the same problem occurred.....real quality work, Huh?

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. It is a problem getting in to see them when I need my dentures adjusted, it takes over a week to be seen.
