They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. He didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't give me enough information about what he was recommending. Being non medical I didn't know what questions to ask.. Dr. Bowen isn't very gentle and I don't think he really cares about any follow up. He definitely got his money though.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were so nice and gave me a huge selection of toothbrushes and toothpastes to choose from after my appointment. They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special.
