I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation.
