One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bruce for many years and have always appreciated the warmness of the staff and professional demeanor of the doctor. I highly recommend them!

I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
