I took my daughter here for the first time when she needed a cleaning/check up for school records. Aside from the fact that the staff is a bit snotty and doesn't go out of the way to be friendly, infact one lady was down right rude, trying to tell me that my daughter had her teeth capped, when I know for a fact she had not.
She had a cavity, we scheduled another appointment and went back to have the cavity filled.
She complained that she was not numb enough and felt a lot of what was going on with the procedure, even though she had stated to him she could still feel what was going on and told him she was in pain.
Weeks later she was complaining of pain in the same tooth, I took her to a different dentist for a second opinion, he took x-rays and told us that her tooth that had the cavity that he filled WAS NOT PROPERLY FILLED AND WAS DECAYING!!! I could not believe it!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO HERE!
