Dr Rosenthal was professional, informative and answered any questions I had. He approached me with a calm demeanor that allowed me to feel relaxed, even though I had recently been told I had a tumor by another doctor - with no explination - which is not easy to stay calm after that. He allowed a nurse to take pictures for me so that I could see what happened during the surgery, which is very uncommon. I felt very at ease with him and able to approach him without feeling put off or pushed aside. He was very thoughtful in describing my condition, and didn't talk over my head with big medical words. Very pleased with everything -- well, excecpt the bills -- but that's insurance problems!
