I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort.
