Dr Roos takes the time to listen to me and always asks if I have any questions. Her staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with and when you call you get to talk to a person & not a machine. They will also call back in a timely manner. They are so efficient and helpful. Best Doctor I've been to in the last 30 years!

Im not going to have this review pre-written for me. Dr Roos has been there for me since I was a child, going out of her way to help me and my family. We had rough times and she was always there helping us. She is the best and I highly recommend her services.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
