This doctor was rude when I made a complaint regarding his nurse practicioner being rude because I wanted a second opinion...

I guess they don't think patients should get second opinions regarding breast cancer.

She was very rude and short with me at a time I was going through the stress of the news of having breast cancer.. NOT NICE!!! and then acted like I shouldn't get 2nd opinion and I would die if I waited too long... here it is 10 years later and I am still alive.
The Doctor agreed with the nurse practicioner and so I fired him after telling him I have the right to make that choice after all this is still America and I am still free to choose.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was left in the appointment room by myself for a short time. Dr Illif is an amazing family doctor! He is there from birth until you give birth and all through your childs life too! He welcomes questions and takes extra time with you if needed.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
