We have been very pleased with Dr. Jacobs and the staff. Our kids love going to the dentist and this was our goal. Dr. Jacobs and her staff have a very child friendly office. When you walk in the door the waiting room has three different video games all decked out in a beach themed office. They have TV's in the patient rooms and give the children fun sunglasses to wear so that the bright light will not be uncomfortable to their eyes during the cleaning and/or procedure. They also use flavored gloves during the exams and procedures. They also have flavored "noses" they use when using nitrous oxide, better known as "laughing gas", when dental work is required. And last but not least each child receives a helium balloon as they prepare to go home. We have been very pleased with the quality of services provided. We travel and hour to get to the office and consider it well worth the drive. Our kids are excited about going to the dentist!!! Dr. Jacobs has 4 or 5 children of her own, so she is in tune with the patients. She will tell you some things you may not want to hear sometimes but she has the best interest of the patient at heart. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an awesome pediatric dentist office. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. . They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was easy enough to find.
