Dr Patti was so nice to my kids. We just moved here from Washington and I felt like the dentist in Washington didn't care that I was even there. She allowed us back with our kids and we have never been allowed to do that before at any office.

The last 2 times I took my 4 yr old here they were horrible. On the first visit the lady who "tried" to do her X-rays was completely rude and impatient. My daughter was a little nervous as it was her first time and the lady just crammed the pieces in her mouth and when she cried the lady snapped at her. I then stepped in and requested another assistant. Dr. Dunn spent maybe 3 mins looking in her mouth and said no cavities...6 months later and there's advanced decay that she should have seen at the previous visit had she spent more time checking. At the second visit they informed me that she had decay in one tooth and a small cavity in another and it would be $2000 after insurance. After seeing another ped specialist, I was shown just how bad she was over charging me and that there's no way fixing 2 teeth would cost anywhere near that.

The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

I brought my 8 year old son to Dr Patti for the first time this week. He had had difficulty with our family dentist so we were referred to this practice. I have to tell you that Dr Patti and her staff were fabulous. The office is decked out in kid colors and there is a play room for them. When we got back to the exam room, they took extra time to explain everything to both he and I. And they let me come back and watch the treatment. I was blown away.
