They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
However, they assured me I would not have to pay more than the $230 I put down at the first visit. They assured me several times as I was persistant in verifying, that my insurance would cover the remaining amount. My first bill was over $100 dollars. I called to inquire and they said my insurance didn't cover as they thought. I was furious and they would not back down that I owed that amount.
