Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I'm not positive that they wouldn't recommend a dental procedure I didn't need just to make more money. There's been a few times that they've suggested I get something I didn't need. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
