It's a filthy, dirty place. It's like they never clean. The dentist I saw was rude and made me feel like a bother every time I went in. Her assistants are rude also. I was never made to feel welcome. The exam rooms definitely need a make over, nothing ever seems to be working right. They skip steps to do things faster, which means mistakes and horrible work. I was never happy with the way my teeth looked and fit! And if I had problems, I was made to feel like I shouldn't even be there. If I wanted what THEY wanted me to want, then it would be fine, but I was the patient, they should have tried to make me feel welcome at least ! I don't think they really ever tried to please me. I felt like I was a pain. When my bottom partial broke they even made me feel worse. I left and went to Aspen Dental in Griffin and got another one and was treated like family! I wish I would have found them in the very beginning! It's a very clean astablishment. The office staff and dr.s are so very pleasant. I should have complained to the owner or office manager about how rude my dentist was. She is also VERY heavy handed.

Received an attitude from the receptionist Alana when asking about procedures. when I asked her how long she had worked there she basically told me "none of my business". When I came in the door she did not acknowledge my presence. Very unprofessional!

If you need dentures don't go here. I had the same set for 40 years and they were just worn out. I got new ones there in 2011. In 2013 I was eating rice when I noticed one tooth had fallen out. I could not find the tooth and they charged me $150.00 to replace it. When I complained that it never should have come out they were very rude to me. The other day another tooth fell out while eating chicken. Fortunately I found it and super glued it back in. Now I am always afraid one is going to come out. How embarrassing that would be if it happened in public. I would not recommend this place at all. Very poor workmanship.

I've visited the McDonough location before and it was ok. The dentist are great but the older lady at the front desk is rude. I called today to get some info and as I'm asking her questions she is talking to someone else in the background. Never once did she ask me to hold on or anything, and she wasn't helpful at all. I will never return to this office again
