I had to change to Aspen dental due to Dr Tyrer was not able to keep appointments in March and April. I am so glad I got out there before he left town.

I had a appointment scheduled for january they said the dr wasn’t going to be able to make it in so I rescheduled for February 14th so a day before my appointment they call me again and say that unfortunately he wasnt going to make it in so I needed to reschedule so I did AGAIN for March 14th well it’s now March 13th and they called again and said that the dentist wasn’t going to be able to make it in AGAIN. So basically this place is BULLSHIT. I could have went somewhere else by now and had my teeth cleaned somewhere else instead of wasting months waiting on trying to get my teeth clean here. They are unorganized and unprofessional & I will not be recommending or even stepping foot into this place. Don’t waste your time.

I was referred to Dr. Tyrer by a co-worker and I was very pleased with his service. The staff was great and very friendly! During my first visit, they took the time to sit down, talk, and explain all of my options. I will be sure to tell others in need of a wonderful dentist that I know exactly where they need to be....DR. TYRER'S OFFICE😬

New staff is rude and not competent . Dentist was in a hurry and took little time . Treatment was not gentle and I had to go elsewhere to have my crown redone correctly because I was told to "get use to it" ! I did not feel like my dental care was a priority - only wanted my payment ! I changed dentists and am much happier but cost me time and money to fix what Dr Tyrer messed up
