Cosmetic & Restorative General Dentistry was founded by Dr. James A. Tyrer III. Dr. Tyrer graduated from LaGrange College Magna Cum Laude 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology. After graduation, he then went on to attend the Medical College of Georgia, and graduated in 2000 with a Doctorate in Medical Dentistry.

After returning home to LaGrange, Dr. Tyrer joined the dental practice of life long family friend and mentor, Dr. John Vollenweider. In 2001, Dr. Tyrer aquired Dr. Pit Cleaveland’s dental paractice, and Cosmetic & Restorative General Dentistry was officially established.

Our professional and caring staff strives to provide state of the art dental treatment in a relaxed, comfortable family environment, with great emphasis placed on preventive care.

Dr. Tyrer specializes in advanced cosmetic procedures while also meeting all of your family’s general dental needs.
