I had a upper parlial made which lady stated that the tray was too lg that was making my impression from. Was charged$337 & used it anyway, so it didn't fit. Had to make 2nd one & it worked after having to wait wks in adjustment & it made sores on my gums couldn't wear it. Dentist had left for another job so had to wait mths to get adj. & they charged$866 for exact same thing. It's been 3 mths & no dentist. Only open on wed.was told dentist gave 4 mth notice & they didn't pay good. Nor do they keep on top of their claims, they need to reimburse me for $106. Probably never will receive it. Wouldn't waste my time on that office or Morrow. Had appt they never had my benefits ran so took up my appt time for any procedure, wasted appt had to travel from Peachtree City. They also will not answer the phone bcs they can see who it isor for liberty dental & whenever I go never anyone in there but phone rolls over to customer service line. They will not return any messages or calls. Don't waste your time!!!! Look somewhere else that's willing to serve you at your satisfaction.

Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. The dentist wasn't friendly in the least. I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere. They recommended a whole bunch of dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary, even after I told them I wasn't interested. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was hoping for some advice about how I could prevent tooth decay at home, but they didn't give me any.

I'm going to be quite honest. This was not the best dentist in Fayetteville by far. The cleaning was ok, and then the dentist recommended unnecessary fillings(which I subsequently had checked by another dentist who then said I didn't) They charge the same price for a simple wisdom teeth extraction using forceps as a surgical extraction. So according to their rules, all wisdom teeth extractions are considered surgical, meaning you have to pay more out of pocket. Yeah you probably wondering why anything other than bone removal is considered surgical. Who the hell does that? Coastal Dental does.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.

They were able to assist me with my dental emergency and remedy the issue. However, they over billed me by more than $100 out of pocket and as soon as my treatment was over, immediately tried to book additional, unnecessary work on fillings. In addition they charged me fees for items like a cancer screening (which most dentists do for free) and for instrument cleansing. Seriously? I can't fault the work but if you go there, expect the mechanic to recommend extra work your car doesn't need and then expect to get overcharged for it!
