I have been there a couple of times, there few points that were not good at all. And yet the, gentle dentist there was really good with me.

My experience : Had root canal done there, and debris cleaning will be today.

Service: Is good, i got helped and got all my answers promptly.

Clean: The office and surrounding was very clean and pro looking.

Assistant: Very nice young lady, does not try to step in front of the dentist to voice her opinion (which i hate at other offices)

Care: The dentist there is a very nice gentle person, which informs you of what happens. And what the best options are for you, as you all know. Going to the dentist is NOT cheap!

There is only one thing that killed of the 5 star rating, which i found so far very annoying.

The waiting time, is way to long. If i have a appointment at 10:30 and get helped. The numbed me, and i had to sit in the chair for a grand total of 3 hours almost. Because the had one other patient next to me screaming in agony. I understand the pain this person had, but that should not be reflected onto me.

So this was worth a star less, waiting times are very long. And i get why, there is only one dentist as far as i know. But still, i even shoved up my appointment as i was waiting for my wife to be done (normal cleaning) that took them 1 hour. I was soon to be after, took way to long for my liking.

Hopefully the will catch up on there planning skills..
For the rest, i am very satisfied with our dentist!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.
I have been trying to schedule an appt for 1 1/2 months. Cindy was who i spoke with each time and she told me contradictory information everytime. She also made we well aware of how little she valued my family of 4 as patients when she hung up on me because i asked her too many questions about my insurance. Look elswhere- your not welcome here! Thanks cindy- now i can wait another month to change my primary dentist again but it will be worth it
