They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
