Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I call the emergency room instead I really didn't like that they didn't have separate "sick" and "well" areas for the kids in the waiting room. I thought it was inconsiderate of them.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.
