Dr. Hinchman is extremely knowledgeable in Psychiatric Medicine! I have had several personal "issues" since seeing Dr. Hinchman &, he has ALWAYS known exactly what to do, medication-wise or other, to help me throughout each issue. As of, 1-1-18, our Insurance FINALLY will consider Dr. Hinchman as an "in Network Provider" &, I'll just have to pay a small ($20-$30 co-pay) co-pay fee! Prior to this, for the past 3 yrs of being a regular patient, I was paying $100-$115/visit! Sometimes, depending on the "issue" I was dealing with at the time, I was paying this fee weekly or, bi-weekly: how ever often Dr. Hinchman felt I needed to be seen, to remedy the problem. Even with the expense, I wouldn't have changed a thing! He has ALWAYS known the best & correct solution to EVERY issue I've had over the past 3 yrs. My place of employment recommended him to me &, I've never been happier with my Psychiatric Care! Unfortunately, I'm a person with a complex psychiatric history, dating back to my early 20's. I'll be 50 this year. I have felt, THE MOST STABLE, in the past 3 yrs, as Dr. Hinchman's patient, than I EVER have before, in my life! Wouldn't give him up for the world!

Dr Hinchman is a smart doctor that is on top of new treatments. He is easy to talk to and is kind. He takes the time to explain things to you. He has helped me a lot . I have total trust in him. Also his office is not real busy when you go there so it is less stress for me not having a ton of people in the waiting room. and easy parking.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Was it easy to find parking at this psychiatrist's office?
Yes, it was convenient

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Offered helpful suggestions for dealing with current situations. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. But felt rushed out. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
