Dr Kim is terrific. He is the best dentist I have had in my 60+ years.
His receptionist is very nice. His dental assistant is why I have dropped my score by one start. If I rated her she would only get one star. She cares about nothing other that her head phones and she sings softly to herself all the time, so you don't know when she has actually stopped and is asking you something. At which point she gets irritated. She is hard to work with in scheduling and is quit demeaning. I would switch if Dr. Kim was not so great!

I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to
