My family has been using Dr Ware for many years. His staff is very professional, always available to answer questions and extremely well trained. They have always filed our insurance, interceeded on our behalf when the insurance company had questions and always helped us understand the non-covered items of the bill. I personally know many patients of his and they are as happy as I am with the quality of care we receive. I wouldn't think of going to anyone else for my families dental care.

I went to Dr. Ware for some minor work and was very happy with the experience. Appointment was on time, staff was friendly, and Dr. Ware (and the whole office, actually) was very calm and comforting. Most importantly, the dental work was done correctly (and painlessly). For years, he has also been the dentist for my mother and sister, and they have been happy patients (inasmuch as going to the dentist can make one happy, anyway).

If you're looking for a new dentist for you or your family, I highly recommend Dr. Ware.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. ALSO Greg was PERSONALLY kind enough to allow me to pay for my services as I went. It was to be somewhere in the $875 dollar range, AFTER ALL MY ISSUES were handled. HOWEVER I had gotten to the point to where I couldnt have any more work done and decided to wait until I could further afford to go forward with my work and had PAID UP FRONT,, FOR THE SERVICES RENDERED UP TO THAT POINT, WHICH LEFT AROUND $375 DOLLARS WORTH OF WORK YET TO BE DONE....I LATER FOUND THAT SOME INCOMPETENT IN HIS EMPLOY DECIDED TO CHARGE ME FOR SERVICES I HAD NOT RECIEVED AND HAD CLAIMED THAT THE $375 DOLLARS WAS DELINQUENT IN PAYMENT AS IF I OWED THEM THE MONEY TO WHICH THE WORK WASNT EVEN FINISHED AND WAS DERELICT AND CALLOUSLY GREEDY TO THE POINT OF CLAIMING I OWE THEM $$$,...AND DECIDED NOT TO PAY FOR UNRENDERED SERVICES AND TURNED IT OVER TO A COLLECTION AGENCY CLAIMING THE THE REMAINDER OF THE AMOUNT WAS IN ARREARS AND THAT I WOULDNT PAY MY "BILL", WHICH OBVIOUSLY WRECKED A GOOD AMOUNT OF MY CREDIT STANDING AS IF TO FORCEFULLY STRONG ARM ME INTO PAYING THEM $$$ THAT I DIDNT OWE FOR SERVICES I HAD NEVER EVEN GOTTEN UP TO THAT POINT!!!! of course I didnt even find out until i had to have some other ELLECTIVE medical work done and had found what they had thrown at my credit rating. GREG IS A GREAT DR. AS WELL AS BEING VERY COMPETENT IN HIS PROFESSIONAL ABILITIES AND WILL WORK WITH THOSE IN NEED OF SERVICES THAT ARE IN PAIN, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY ""UP FRONT"" AS I DID, FOR EVERY VISIT AND WORK PERFORMED,... BUT WHOMEVER RUNS THE BILLING DEPT. IS LAX AND INCOMPETENT IN MY OPINION AND HAS COST ME FAR MORE THAN THE MONIES SHE HAS CLAIMED I OWE FOR SOMETHING I ""NEVER""" RECIEVED FROM THEM. ...POOR PEOPLE WITH NO INSURANCE SHOULD BE FOREWARNED ABOUT THE STRONG ARM OFFICE PRACTICES THAT I HAVE HAD TO INDURE WHEN IT COMES TO $$$!!!.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!
