They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

Dr. Madden stated to me previously that she does not believe that post-menopausal women need testosterone, or that hormone imbalance in a post-menopausal woman would be any cause for my feeling unwell!

I discussed this with one of my other doctors. His ofc contacted Dr. Madden and informed her that she is wrong. He encouraged me to give her another chance.

Her office offered to see me again. I waited 1.5 hours to see her, then I left.
Two other patients that arrived much later than me were seen before me!

Before I left, I gave her nurse a paper from the Healthy Times Newspaper: "How Women May Benefit From Bio-identical Testosterone Therapy".

I would never visit "Dr." Madden again. Such a dismissive and ignorant attitude I would expect from a 19th century male OB/Gyn, not a woman in the 21st century!
Maybe she's a man in drag.

I am disgusted that I have to educate a physician in her trade, tho she is not the first .

I am reporting this woman to my Insurance. She does not deserve to be paid.
She needs to go back to school.
