The customer service is terrible at this office. They canceled an appointment on me 15 minutes prior to the appointment (even though they confirmed the day before) because they “made a mistake on the time and the hygienist and dentist didn’t want to stay”.
Last straw, yesterday after being 9 minutes late to an appointment and still being told to come on ahead…after waiting an hour told, we can’t see you today.

The people in the office are nice enough, but the work on my partial was lousy and my husbands dentures are absolutely horrible! This is the worse dentures I have ever seen. As a matter of fact, I have never seen anything that even compares. When we tried to get them to take care of the problem, they acted like it was our fault! The older Mr. Bennich was so rude to my husband it was borderline verbal abuse! I was so shocked! Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere and we will never be back. We are having to have new dentures made for my husband at our expense because insurance will not cover this soon. This "flipper" that I am enduring is impossible to get used to. It is so thick it feels like a jolly rancher in the roof of my mouth, without the taste! I am so disappointed in this company.
