Dr. Shepard is the only person I would ever trust to take care of my OBGYN/ female reproductive endocrinology issues or anyone of my friends and family either. She is intuitive, she is insightful..personally speaking she is warm and cares for her patients very well. I know if I have an issue she will give me the bottom line and she will work to let me feel I have some control and choices over my body and conditions. I love her office staff and mostly I am confident in her as both Doctor and Surgeon. I have the utmost respect and love for this woman. :D Years of experience with her. Won't know what to do if she ever retires!

I really had an exceptional experience. My husband and I were so blessed for IVF to work for us. Dr. Shepard and Lori even came down to the delivery room to see my baby when she was born. I would and have recommended them to my friends and family. They are my angels that helped to make a very special miracle happen. They really cared about me. I wasn't just a patient.

I was kind of unimpressed with my experience here so I'm not sure if I would recommend them, but I wouldn't persuade others not to go either. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. During one particular procedure, Dr. Shepard caused me a lot of pain and I felt she glossed over my pain instead of acknowledging it. They just kept trying the same thing over and over again without recommending I get a second opinion or trying something new. I think I stayed here too long hoping the treatment would work. When I finally went to another RE, we still weren't successful in our efforts to conceive, but the new RE seemed more knowledgable, gentle and caring. The new RE at least tried new methods.
