Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

I have had two bad experiences with another doctor, so I was pleasantly surprised to see how Dr. Beardsley treated me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, which is why I am taking the time to write this review.
