It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were late a few times to my appointments and I waited in the exam room 30 minutes however, Dr Neucks always takes plenty of time when he sees you Dr Neucks is great My complaint is with office procedure More than once when I needed prescription refills the office made it extremely difficult! They are not "customer friendly" and have no willingness to help resolve your dilemma. My pharmacy faxed request for refill as well as my calling the refill line at the office to request i was leaving the next day to ooutof state. The med was never sent to my pharmacy. I called again before leaving to see if the script had been sent to pharmacy. I was told no and i would have to leave a message again. I explained this was done 24 hrs ago by me and pharmacy. Requested to speak with clinic staff to see if this could be resolved asap. I was told there was NO WAY i could speak to a clinic person because they didn't have a phone and wouldn't have my chart. So this is ridiculous that you haveno way to speak to a clinical person. The staff are all totally accessible to each other the way the office is laid out. Could have easily gotten someone to help, but refused. I have had problemwilkie this before. They do not try to help you resolve your problem no matter how bad it is for the patient I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative. It's a shame as Dr. Neucks is fantastic. But I'm ready to change doctors as I'm tired of the treatment by the front desk people Clinic staff are nice.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
