We arrived 20 minutes early for my sons scheduled appointment. After we waited 35 minutes I went to ask the receptionist, Stephani Banks, how much longer it would be until my sons appointment. She said that since she was the only one working she was unable to find out. I asked to speak with the office manager, Cathy Lowe, but she was on a phone call and unable to assist. Mrs. Banks then became loud and started yelling. It was not a pleasant situation. After another 10 minutes I was helped by a newly arrived receptionist (I don't know her name) and was informed that Dr. Reilly was running late and that he still had another patient to see before us. It is quite unacceptable to have to wait over 45 minutes and still have at least 15 more to wait is not a good business model. We were unable to stay for the appointment as I had an additional appointment later in the afternoon. Taking time off of work to get these appointments scheduled and have this time be wasted is off putting and frustrating. My family has been coming here for over 10 years, but after being yelled at by the receptionist we will not be coming back.

I have already recommended them to my friends and loved ones. I was so impressed with their care and treatment! I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
