The chairs in their waiting room at this doctor's office weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Their staff is very friendly and professional. ! The staff was sharp, knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, the Dr. didn't listen to me as to why I was even there. He did not address the problem that I came to him for. I left there in the same predicament as when I got there.

They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

No, I didn't notice an odor

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
