Would have chosen 0 stars but that was not an option. Cobbe Dental SUCKS!! Took my Daughter there... NEVER!!! again. Ended up costing me $5000 to fix her teeth after Negligence on Cobbes part. Almost cost my Daughter her teeth. If your wise you will STAY AWAY!!

I was surprised at how non-kid-friendly this office was. For much of their clientele being children and adolescents, the office had nothing that would interest kids. Their prices were not fair at all. They were unspeakably rude, crass, and abrasive. I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. They didn't have any before-and-after pictures displayed, so I wasn't able to see their past work. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. And averytimne I have been its a ridiculously long wait, over an hour EVERY time...and to treat pediatrics, you would think that they would have a little comforting or nicens about them...they seriously over book and get an attitude with you when you sk questions. I will never go here again... I drive my kids almost 30 miles away for Dr. Frank Petitinado at Safari of Smiles in New port Richey--They are ABOSOLUTELY AMAZING there...they actually love the kids and are so nice and loving!!!

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
Does this orthodontist offer flexible financing options?
Not at all. I ended up spending way more than I expected to

I only put one star BECAUSE IT MAKES YOU PUT ONE. This place doesn't deserve a star in any way shape or form. They are so rude and they treat your children like a herd of animals. They book so many people and then they treat them badly. My son just lost his father, he is emotional and insecure atm. My daughter and I took him to this dentist yet again because it's the only one that takes medicaide, dentaquest, and all the other low income family insurances. We go on thurs they did xrays and a cleaning and said he needs 5 extractions because they are baby teeth and one is bad because the filling THEY put in 3 years ago fell out.. We asked if one of us could go back with him and explained how scared he was. NO no one is allowed back in the torture chamber. Off goes my 9 year old son, and they put him in the chair put the gas on his nose and proceeded to crank his jaw open with something they use. The dentist MRS CHAPOGAIN, then stuck him in the gums with a numbing needle, but the gas wasn't working because he was crying and couldn't breath through his stuffy nose. He squirmed and they told him to relax. She then went to stick him with another needle and he grabbed her arm. MRS CHAPOGAIN then asked my son "do you want to go home or do you want me to fix your tooth"...ANY scared 9 year old would say GO HOME and he did...SO this dentist got him out of the chair and sat him in the hallway to wait for the assistant to bring him out to us in the waiting room. WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH THIS WOMAN??? WHY didn't they just come get one of us and let us try and calm him down? SO he is put out with not even a piece of cotton to stop him from biting his numb tongue or face...I'm so upset. NOT only is he now locked into petrified of a dentist but he has a toothache and a gaping hole where his filling THEY put in fell out!!! DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST IF YOU LOVE AND WANT TO PROTECT YOUR CHILD...NO child should be treated this way nor should they be afraid of a dentist if the dentist is in fact trained to work with children...OBVIOUSLY THIS ONE ISN'T AND THEY DON'T DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR. Michael Cobbe if you aren't aware your interns/partners/staff is doing this, then you need to start paying attention to all these people telling you right here in these reviews...I only hope MORE people who have suffered at the hands of this place will come forth and tell their story.

They ignored my questions about my child. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. None of my questions were answered and I felt worse when I left. They traumatized my daughter and were very rude. I will not be returning to this dentist!!!!
